Susan Mihalic
Susan Mihalic is the author of the well-received novel DARK HORSES (Scout Press, 2021), which received starred reviews from Kirkus, Library Journal, Booklist, and Publishers Weekly, which called DARK HORSES "taut, bracing . . . daringly understated" and "a powerhouse."
Susan holds a BA in journalism and has worked as an editor and a freelance writer. She has also taught writing classes. As curriculum director of an art workshop school, she produced hundreds of workshops in the literary and visual arts. Founder of the critique group No Coast Writers, she is currently working on her next novel, HOMESTEAD, which is set in Northern New Mexico.
